Hello and Thank You for browsing my website. 

I am a Buddhist and follow a path of meditation and contemplation and as a photographer l use the mindfulness and awareness techniques from this path to keep my mind fully present as l take a photograph. With a clear mind l will connect to the spark of primary perception - the direct perception and experience that occurs when the attention is first drawn to something. This is non-conceptual, unconditional perception, when the difference between subject and object, me and it, cease to exist; when the essence of the phenomenon or situation is experienced.

Taking the photograph in this mind space l hope to communicate to the viewer the essential nature, the inherent stillness or the sacredness of what l am photographing and have experienced.

I would welcome your commissions and be more than happy to provide you with a quote. Indoors, outdoors, .... no job is too small.  I also offer a photographic restoration service of old and damaged photographs. Prices for this depend on how damaged the original is. Please contact me for more information and prices.

As well as being available here online, you can also find me at the following venues this year. A selection of my prints and greetings cards will be on view (and available to buy, of course!) As well as these venues l am at the Dorchester Market each wednesday 8.00am - 1.30pm. My stall is in the big indoor, area next to the office.
